Planting in the Luther Garden :

On April 10th, 2016, Pastor Stefan Förster (2nd from left with certificate and spade) planted a silver linden tree on behalf of the Evangelical Lutheran Church District St. Thomas in Heidelberg and the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation St. Michael in Mannheim. Both congregations belong to the Independent Evangelical Lutheran Church (SELK) in Germany. A small delegation of members from both congregations traveled to Wittenberg for the tree planting.
