Planting in the Luther Garden :

On June 7th, 2012, President Brigitte Boehme (with spade, shoveling the soil) planted a common ash tree on behalf of the Bremen Evangelical Church, Germany. She was accompanied by the General Secretary of the North German Mission, Hannes Menke, as well as representatives from the Evangelical Presbyterian Churches in Ghana and Togo, who also planted trees on behalf of their churches.

Planting the partner tree :

On November 19th, 2014, Ms. Edda Bosse, President of the Evangelical Church of Bremen (right, with spade) planted a common ash tree at the Domsheide in Bremen, in front of the Protestant Information Center “Kapitel 8” (Chapter 8). The ash tree was donated by Mr. Andree Kirchner, who was present at the tree planting with his daughter.
