On June 16th, 2018, Chairs of the Church Councils Mr. Christoph Pertzsch (left) and Mr. Rüdiger Beneke (right) planted a flowering cherry tree on behalf of the partner churches Twelve Apostles Evangelical Lutheran Congregation in Sarstedt-Land and the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation Liebertwolkwitz, both in Germany.

Planting the partner tree :

On October 31st, 2018, on the occasion of a big church celebration, a cherry tree was planted on the church grounds as a partner tree for the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation Twelve Apostle in Sarstedt-Land. The partner congregation Liebertwolkwitz is planning on also planting a partner tree soon.
