Planting in the Luther Garden :

On June 18th, 2014, Pastor Hans W. Kasch, Director of the LWF Center Wittenberg (left, with spade), representing Pastor Reinhold Seibel, planted a plum tree on behalf of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Stephanskirchen, Germany. Bishop Claire S. Burkat (right, with watering can) of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, took part in the planting.

Planting the partner tree :

On November 16th, 2016, the first two partner trees out of three were planted by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit Stephanskirchen, Deanery Rosenheim, Germany. A linden tree was planted by the Tinningen Lake, an apple tree was planted in Pruttingen and in the spring of 2017 another apple tree was planted in Stephanskirchen.
