Planting in the Luther Garden :

On June 30th, 2017, Dr. Avernino Di Croce of Rivoli (left, next to the tree, with spade), accompanied by an ecumenical travel group from Italy, planted a small leaved linden tree on behalf of two partner congregations, the Evangelical Baptist Church of Rivoli, Italy and the Evangelical City Church Congregation in Ravensburg, Germany.

Planting the partner tree :

On May 14th, 2016, an olive tree was planted in Salvemini Park in the city of Rivoli in Italy as partner tree for the Evangelical Baptist Church of Rivoli, Italy and the Evangelical City Church Congregation in Ravensburg, Germany. The Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant congregations of the city, as well as a delegation from Ravensburg with Pastor Friedemann Manz, and a small Lutheran delegation from Turino with Dean Heiner Bludau, all took part. Another tree was planted in Ravensburg, Germany, by Pastor Friedemann Manz.
