Planting in the Luther Garden :

On April 1st, 2016, Susanne Pfisterer-Haas (8th from right) and Regine Thiermann (right, next to the tree, with certificate) representing the ecumenical community Moosach-Olympiadorf along with Pastor Sabine Nagel (right) and Monsignore Martin Cambensy (right, next to the tree) planted a silver linden tree as a symbol of the ecumenical bond between the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Munich-Moosach and the Catholic Parish in Moosach-Olympiadorf, Germany.

Planting the partner tree :

On April 23rd, 2015, Pastor Sabine Nagel (right, at the tree) and Monsignore Martin Cambensy (left) planted a thuja tree in an ecumenical ceremony at the cemetery of the Old St. Martin’s Church in Munich-Moosach as partner tree to the silver linden tree in the Wittenberg Luthergarten. The location was chosen because the cemetery of Old St. Martin’s is the oldest part of the large parishes.
