Planting in the Luther Garden :

On May 18th, 2017, Church District Provost Klaus Wittke (right, with spade) and Pastor Ulrike Dahlhaus (3rd from right), planted a birch tree on behalf of the Catholic Congregation of St. Victor and the Evangelical Congregation in Xanten, Germany. They were accompanied by members of the ecumenical Taizé circle of the congregations.

Planting the partner tree :

On September 11th, 2017, Church District Provost Wittke and Pastor Dahlhaus planted an apple tree in the not-yet-finished Bible garden of the new spa park in Xanten as partner tree for the Catholic Congregation of St. Victor and the Evangelical Congregation in Xanten, Germany.
